Volt Workforce Solutions in partnership with a leading local non-profit organization is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their Federal Way team. As the Project Coordinator you will:

  • Provide support in overseeing project budgets, evaluating project process and ensuring project deadlines are met
  • Verify invoices against contracted activity
  • Support donor or advocate acquisition and/or ongoing donor, advocate, or stakeholder development
  • General Administrative tasks


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous Project Coordination or Administrative Support experience required
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
