Qualifications 4 years of recruiting experience agency experience preferred 2 years of technical recruiting Outstanding customer service skills and a strong sense of urgency Ability to understand required skillsexperiencetarget profile, develop job descriptions and screening criteria Internet searchsourcing skills Strong organizational, follow up and time management skills Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) Possess a minimum of 2 to 4 years of Experience in recruitment. Strong working knowledge in recruiting consultants (On OPT H1b) Using Portals,Social media, vendor list, client contacts and Networking. Clear understanding of w21099ctc requirement Have strong experiencr in hiring w2 candidates and following the full lifecycle hiring process. Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high paced work environment. Good understanding over different verticals of IT. Should be flexible to work in all the US time zones.
