Position Summary:
Responsible for account management, strategy, and growth of key club and online accounts Costco and Amazon. The role will design, develop and execute sales strategies that lead to sales growth, profitability, and market share gain. The role will include direct selling, promotion planning, go to market and advertising strategy, forecasting, and all other key account management responsibilities.

Role and Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Develop short and long-term Sales Management strategy as it relates to Samsungs overall business.
  • Responsible for revenue generation and sales growth for Samsung home appliances at strategic accounts
  • Foster strong relationships with Costco and Amazon in order to successfully position Samsung's portfolio of products.
  • Manage communications, sales promotion development, and training as required to stimulate and facilitate the sale of Samsung's products.
  • Establish strategic and tactical relationships with Costco as well as with Samsung marketing and product teams.
  • Report, formally and informally, to corporate executive team as the subject matter expert on Samsungs Costco and Amazon business.
  • Drive digital sales optimization by utilizing Costcos analytics and data mining to provide analysis of metrics and sell through trends.
  • Skills and Qualifications

    Additional Job Description

  • Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years of directly related experience is required.
  • Prior sales experience in Home Appliances or Consumer Electronics preferred.
  • Prior experience with Costco and Amazon or other major retailer preferred
  • Understanding of merchandising, account management, and how products successfully go to market.
  • Highly Proficient in MS office products including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Necessary Skills / Attributes

    Excellent interpersonal skills with strong negotiation and client management skills. High energy, passionate and articulate. Demonstrated ability to interact at all levels within customer's organizations and within the SEA organization. The ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple business development programs and simultaneous performance objectives. Ability to make professional sales and business presentations in writing, through email, reports, or orally, including complex business and technical matters to an audience. Ability to achieve customer contracted objectives and team goals and to achieve results within established time frames and requirements.
