The Clinic Manager is responsible for the day-to-day internal clinic operations, including patient care, community partner relationships, clinical staff mentoring and development, clinic production, and developing value-added programs that support Oasis’ philosophy and goals, and enhance patient care services.
Essential objectives of Clinic Manager position: Continuously strive to make our Physical Therapy the leader in delivery of Physical Therapy services while achieving excellent patient outcomes and satisfaction as evidenced by excellent NPS scores Create a fulfilling employment experience for staff; encouraging employees continued growth in skills and development. Continually evolve the practice of physical therapy in alignment with the ethics, regulations and standards that govern the field of physical therapy. Contribute to developing and reinforcing company values and fun in the workplace. Promotion of clinical continuing education through seeking and sharing continuing education opportunities to encourage skill growth for clinical staff. Candidates should meet the following requirements: Degree in Physical Therapy from an institution accredited by Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education Current Washington State Physical Therapist (or desire to obtain license applicant status). Two or more years of experience as a practicing PT. Additional certification such as SCS, OCS, NCS, ATC, CSCS, ECS, preferred but not required. Enthusiasm for working with a diverse patient population and treating a full range of ages and diagnoses. Enjoys cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with our referral resources and community to ensure high quality and compassionate patient care. Have a fun, positive and energetic personality.
Hours are flexible and can be tailored to meet your needs. We are open between the hours of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday-Thursday with shorter days on Fridays. We offer our patients a 40 minute one on one appointment model with their therapists that benefits therapists and patients alike.
