The Role: The Regional Director of Operations (RDO) manages and directs the overall operation of an assigned region of Skilled Nursing Centers. This position proactively oversees the day to day, short and long-term organizational goals that support the company culture and overall business strategy. The RDO is responsible for driving comprehensive results; including financial, survey compliance, customer and team member satisfaction. This Regional Director of Operations (RDO) position is a part of a high-performing, quality-focused team in a family owned, award winning healthcare organization. The RDO may oversee skilled nursing centers in Washington State, Idaho and Oregon. This posiiton does require you to reside in one of these states (relocation package available!) We would love to have you join the Prestige Care family. Education & Experience: Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related Healthcare discipline required. Graduate degree preferred. 7 to 10 + years of progressive management experience, 4 of which has been in direct leadership of skilled nursing operations. Multi-site, multi-state management experience preferred. Current Administrator License is required or ability to obtain one in the states of operations. Proven experience in leading teams to execute and achieve on the delivery of plans and objectives. Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations relating to long term care. Proven experience with managing multiple budgets and budget lines requiring detailed reporting and analysis.
