About the Job PrebuiltML is the leading provider of takeoff software for the lumber and structural building construction markets.
We are currently looking to fill a Sales Manager position with someone who can actively work with our existing team including our executive team on larger client engagements and marketing avenues and with the development and support team in whatever capacities needed to promote growth.
Our vision for the position is someone who can • work with leadership and our vision but one who can also run and forge their own paths leading to our common objectives • keep the larger picture in focus and creatively explore, evaluate and execute both on new avenues and better capitalize on existing ones • quickly get up to speed on what the software does and its applications so they can speak intelligently to it as they take in new leads and convert to sales. • handle a week of phones calls and demos but who is also willing to go out and sell, whether in a local market because it’s convenient or to an active market with numerous leads who could benefit from an in person conversation • identify and prioritize the opportunities and not get inundated with the other requests • willing to train, do trade shows, etc. so long as it aligns effectively with the objective of selling more quality subscriptions Experience in the home and multi-family construction industry is a near necessity. Compensation is heavily weighted towards incentives for sales made and long term relationships established. We are not a high pressure software company and view success as a solid reputation and ability to effectively provide a leading solution to those who truly need it.
