The Administrative Assistant's  primary function is to provide administrative support to the team of Executive Assistants, including, but not limited to:

  • Creating expense reports via Chrome River, GL coding.
  • Processing invoices, photocopying, scanning, travel related tasks.
  • Assisting with travel and meeting coordination, logistics, and distribution of materials.
  • Supporting various projects that may require research.
  • Assisting with organization and planning of Department events and recurring tasks as needed. 

  • 2+ years of Administrative Assistant experience in a professional environment.
  • Heavy expense reporting skills required. 
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite applications, especially Outlook and Excel. 
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. 
  • Solid command of the English language including excellent spelling, grammar, punctuation, form and style. 
  • A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team in a support role and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Excellent people skills with both internal and external contacts. 
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and work independently
  • Comfortable utilizing the Firm’s resources to find relevant information.
