General Description Manage the Talent Acquisition team and function to drive an innovative strategy and vision around identifying, attracting, and acquiring top talent to efficiently and effectively support the business objectives of the company, across multiple locations. The Talent Acquisition Manager leads the development and implementation of all talent acquisition and recruiting initiatives. This role is also expected to handle full cycle recruiting roles for senior, executive, and additional team coverage for requisitions. Primary Responsibilities Ensure implementation of an innovative Talent Acquisition strategy that aligns with the business and can support the acquisition of candidates in various markets that present challenges in identifying qualified candidates. Manage the Talent Acquisition team members, both day to day, as well as providing a clear vision of success and encouraging career growth and development for team members. Establish strong and trusting partnerships with business leaders and hiring managers throughout the company to ensure talent acquisition strategies align with specific business needs. Manage Parametric’s Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) recruiting strategy. Partner with the Chief Diversity Officer and D&I Leadership Council to drive D&I strategies across the firm. Review and enhance day-to-day recruiting team processes to create efficiencies. Conduct full cycle recruiting for senior and executive level searches, or as-needed additional team coverage for requisitions. Develop recommendations and action plans in areas of strategic focus, based on analysis of external data, internal operational metrics, and qualitative data. Partner with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to create awareness around the importance of the interviewing and screening process to ensure that top quality candidates are hired Lead development and implementation of all talent acquisition and recruiting initiatives, e.g.: Oversee testing and evolution of candidate assessments. Enhance and grow the College Recruiting Program. Create Workday Recruiting Module reviews and enhancements. Establish key metrics and reporting of recruiting statistics and data. Partner with the Learning and Development to review, enhance, and implement interview skills trainings. Partner with the Marketing team to develop a talent brand that incorporates the company brand and effectively portrays the unique and innovative culture at Parametric. Create strong strategic partnerships with external networking groups, relevant industry associations and select search firms. Be an innovator and agent of change to enhance the way in which Parametric identifies, attracts and acquires top talent. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s in Business or Human Resources preferred. 7+ years of Talent Management and/or Recruiting experience. 2+ years of managing a team. Ability to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and collaborative environment. Possess and maintain current knowledge on various employment laws and regulations that impact recruiting. Proven ability to build and maintain productive partnerships with business leaders. Demonstrated experience with developing and implementing Diversity and Inclusion recruiting strategies is a plus. Strong change management skills, ability to influence, direct and communicate change. A strong track record of solving complex problems, exhibiting strategic thinking, and delivering significant impact. Proven ability to redefine Talent Acquisition practices, processes and technology. Ability to think strategically, plan, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion. Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet and exceed deadlines. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Experience with Workday Recruiting and/or other Application Tracking Systems is a plus.
