This Technician will perform troubleshooting and identification of problems relating to PC s, devices, network and business applications. Experience with a ticketing System such as Servicenow is a big plus! Excellent Customer Service skills are a must. A minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Help Desk SupportHelp DeskService Desk, or similar role will be necessary.
