We are seeking a Mid-Senior Level Help Desk Tier 2/3 Technician for our premier client located in Seattle, Washington. This Technician will perform troubleshooting and identification of problems relating to PC s, devices, network and business applications. Experience with a ticketing System such as Servicenow is a big plus! Excellent Customer Service skills are a must. A minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Help Desk Support/Help Desk/Service Desk, or similar role will be necessary.
