Metal Sales is the nation's largest manufacturer of metal roofing and building systems with 21 locations across America. Our Seattle branch located in Kent has an opening for a Project Specialist (Estimator).
This position is responsible for supporting the Sales and Customer Service teams with customer project estimates using a variety of computer programs.
You'll be responsible for (but not limited to):
Completing take off using current estimating software
Completing reviews based off of testing requirements in specifications
Completing accurate and descriptive documents representing project details on materials
Supplying quote package to branch personnel
Supporting inquiries from MSMC teams and customers
The most qualified candidates will have:
Knowledge of roofing and exterior wall panel products from an installation perspective
Some experience with estimating roofing and exterior wall panel projects
Solid mathematical skills and good analytical skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn estimating software
Associates Degree in Architectural Drafting/AutoCAD preferred; HS Diploma or equivalent required
