Our Literacy team is looking for a new Field Marketing Specialist! This person will play a key role in supporting the West Regional Sales team with lead generation and eld marketing operations by developing, managing and executing on customized and market aligned programs.

Location
Ideal candidate will either reside in the Western United States region and work remotely or be able to work from the Concord, MA office location.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, develop and execute marketing programs (i.e. email campaigns, direct campaigns, events, partner opportunities, etc.) tailored to the local markets of assigned territories that leverage national marketing activities
  • Develop and manage partner relationships in key states
  • Partner with sales and marketing team members to execute regional customer events and conferences
  • Collaborate with Management, the Sales Team and Director of Sales to ensure alignment on local and national marketing programs
  • Develop and implement monthly activity reports oversee budget and evaluate ROI in West region
  • Develop content and strategy for campaign landing pages
  • Identify, develop, and execute regional conference strategies for assigned region and o er creative approaches to increase business opportunities
  • Occasionally travel to support marketing initiatives (less than 10%)
Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor s Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in a Marketing Manager, Specialist or similar role supporting field/remote sales teams
  • Educational technology, K-12, Higher Ed, language learning or similar industry experience helpful but not essential
  • Experience creating and executing on lead generation campaigns
  • Experience pulling together activity reports and evaluating ROI
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives with little supervision
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Pro ciency with MS O ce Suite, Google Suite; Pro ciency with InDesign and SFDC (preferred)
  • Ability to travel (less than 10%)
