Mission: Our client, a well-respected dried fruit and fruit juice processor, is experiencing explosive growth and looking for a Sales Manager. They are located in the beautiful and scenic Yakima Valley in the heart of wine country in the State of Washington. The mission for the Sales Manager is to develop and implement strategies to grow the beverage / juice business by finding new industrial markets, utilizing brokers, attending trade shows, and growing sales revenue.

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Base salary range $85K to $110K plus bonus

  • 100% Company contribution towards employee benefits

  • Vacation and Holiday pay

  • Relocation assistance if needed, prefer local candidates

Competencies/Culture:

  • Three to five years of sales experience, preferably in ingredient sales

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Travel 25% to 30% domestically

  • Attend trade shows to increase brand awareness
