Description

Job Competencies;

Practice Development
PDM will collaboratively build the complex practices of panelists through regional practice development activities; partner with appropriate manager to develop and execute ADR education programs; plan, produce
round-tables and other internal events as well as focus groups in conjunction with Client Relations; appear as JAMS representative at regular networking events; regular client meetings to promote JAMS and our services; PDM will build marketing plans for national practice areas as designated by their manager

Marketing
Partner with Marketing/Practice development team to ensure that panelists are meeting or exceeding annual practice goals and assist with panelist market launches; participate in media opportunities including article
placement, media introductions, internet exposure, internal and external promotions, etc

Client Service
Professional client service (including panelists)

Budget
Prepare and manage annual local office Practice Development budget for which they are assigned

Other Projects
Available for any other projects designated by their manager
