Job Summary:
MACE Technician II’s are responsible for in-home repair andmaintenance of residential appliance products.
Essential andPrimary Functions: Diagnose, repair, and maintain appliances in accordance with applicable manufacturers specifications Dismantle and reassemble appliances to diagnose and troubleshoot problems Advise and educate customer regarding use and care of appliance Ability to work independently Provide technology service and support to customers Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction Ability to work with HAZMAT materials and with Acetylene torches Educate about benefits and sell to customers add-on sales products Other Functions Inspects vehicle pre- and post-trips Monitor the timely maintenance and repair of the vehicle Use provided handheld device to handle and close assigned work orders Continuously learns about relevant new technology

Minimum JobRequirements: 2 years of experience with in-home residential major appliance repair & service experience 1 year of experience of sealed system repair Multi-brand experience At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States High school diploma or GED required
Minimum Knowledge,Skills and Abilities: Possess a valid driver license Working knowledge of hand tools and power tools Working knowledge of an Acetylene torch Working knowledge of HAZMAT materials Basic computer skills and comfortable operating electronic devices Strong customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Available to work a flexible schedule (weekends / holidays / evenings)
Certificates,Licenses, Registration and Requirements: At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States High school diploma or GED required All States: EPA 601 Type I Certification is preferred Physical Demands: Able to lift to 80 lbs. on a regular basis Comfortableworking in customers’ homes Comfortableworking outdoors and driving in all types of weather conditions
