To learn more about our bank divisions, please visit: The Change Manager oversees the use of change management in the organization to ensure the change management policy is followed and change management is matured within the organization. This includes maintaining the change management policy and procedures, managing the ongoing operation of the change management process from change initiation to resolution, and collaborating with other ITSM processes. The Change Manager hires and manages change management staff. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and maintain change, release, and configuration management policies and procedures. Train and coach staff in the proper application of these procedures as needed to mature change management in the organization. Review and update policies on an annual basis. Maintain ITSM software configuration and train staff on the use of the software. Manage the effective ongoing operation of the change management process. Prioritize, categorize, and authorize requests for change in a timely manner. Conduct post implementation reviews timely. Collaborate with other ITSM processes. Chair regular CAB and JHA CAB meetings. Hire, train, and coach an effective change management staff to ensure the above functions are carried out timely, with high quality and excellent customer service. Ensure change management staff communicates and collaborates effectively within the group as well as amongst other IT, corporate, and division groups. Allocate resources appropriately among daily duties, support efforts, and project work. Manage departmental overtime to ensure important work is completed while at the same time in a cost efficient manner. Maintain satisfactory ratings and results on all IT exams and audits, and follow up timely on remediation efforts assigned to department. Maintain and regularly update policies and operating procedures for assigned department or function. Adhere to and support the use of governance, security and risk management practices. QUALIFICATIONS: KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, ABILITY: WORK ENVIRONMENT: Must be able to perform job functions independently or with limited supervision and work effectively either on own or as part of a team. Must be able to read and carry out various written instructions and follow oral instructions. Must be able to complete basic mathematical calculations, spell accurately, and understand computer basics. Must be able to speak clearly and deliver information in a logical and understandable sequence. Must be capable of dealing calmly and professionally with numerous different personalities from diverse cultures at various levels within and outside of the organization and demonstrate highest levels of customer service and discretion when dealing with the public. Must be able to perform responsibilities with composure under the stress of deadlines / requirements for extreme accuracy and quality and/or fast pace. Must be able to effectively handle multiple, simultaneous, and changing priorities. Must be capable of exercising highest level of discretion on both internal and external confidential matters.
