This position will support IT Infrastructure both local and remote, including general clerical, technical, and project task work. Work duties involve SharePoint administration, Active Directory, Mobile device management, Print services management and Application Support for Genoa's national footprint. The applicant must have strong communication, customer service, troubleshooting, and organizational skills and the ability to complete assigned work with minimal instruction and supervision.
Respond to user requests for service, troubleshoot problems, coordinate with vendors regarding support tickets, and help develop solutions.
Support PC hardware components, desktop operating systems, and application software.
Assists in communication between various infrastructure vendors acting as a liaison to provide resolution.
Order and track IT equipment based on requests and department needs.
Review, process and approve IT Requests.
Stays up to date with IT technology issues, trends and developments and communicates back to management and departments both issues and opportunities, and assists in developing and improving procedures, standards, and best practices.
Record activities, solutions and other responses to requests through ticketing system.
Contribute to Genoa technical documentation and participate in policy, procedure, and standards development.
Active Directory Administration: group management and account verification.
Maintain mobile device accounts: track and order/replace devices.
Administer internal SharePoint site security.
Keep CRM and MDS up-to-date with staff information and pharmacy changes.
Maintain confidential records and files for HIPAA compliance.
Provide support via e-mail and phone for all staff members.
Demonstrate ability to work effectively with business clients, IT management and staff.
Possess strong problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills, work prioritization, and the ability to work well in both individual and group situations.
Leverage time management and priority setting in order to perform assigned tasks with reasonable levels of self-direction.
Minimum three years of experience in infrastructure support
Experience with Active Directory management
Experience managing and working with ticket queues
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Adaptable to fast paced evolving technologies and processes
Experience supporting SQL and Exchange Server environments
Ability to configure PC hardware and software for deployment in the field
Ability to install, configure and troubleshoot Windows 7 and Windows 10
