Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and developing technical work methods and procedures to execute the maintenance, repair or overhaul of shipboard electronic systems and subsystem components.For the GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-08 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
