Electrical Superintendent Compensation & Benefits

Total compensation for the Electrical Superintendent in Seattle, WA is between $55-70HR depending on experience, and may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance.

  • Newer building located next to the main office is, 7,000 square feet (includes gym, rec room, etc.)
  • Electrical Superintendent Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for company’s field trades on each project
  • Responsible for material list, close out documents, site safety
  • Establish work schedules and loading charts
  • Collaborate with project management team regarding material needs
  • Interact with general contractor on day to day scheduling and performance issues
  • Jointly responsible with the project manager for having material, tools, equipment, information and appropriate manpower in the proper place in a timely fashion
  • Monitor work as performed, managing subordinate supervisors and crews
  • Responsible for overall safety on project
  • Electrical Superintendent Qualifications

  • Journeyman Electrician License
  • Must be able to pass a drug and background test
  • Must have stable work history
  • Software: MS Office, added bonus MS Project/Primavera
  • Prefer local candidates, however, for the right candidate will consider relocation
  • Must have safety certifications (OSHA Confined Space etc)
  • Will be responsible for 50-80 electricians
  • Preferred but Not Necessary

  • College degree preferred
  • Experience with design/build
  • Field/Installation experience
