Electrical Superintendent Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation for the Electrical Superintendent in Seattle, WA is between $55-70HR depending on experience, and may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance. Electrical Superintendent Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for company’s field trades on each project Responsible for material list, close out documents, site safety Establish work schedules and loading charts Collaborate with project management team regarding material needs Interact with general contractor on day to day scheduling and performance issues Jointly responsible with the project manager for having material, tools, equipment, information and appropriate manpower in the proper place in a timely fashion Monitor work as performed, managing subordinate supervisors and crews Responsible for overall safety on project
Electrical Superintendent Qualifications Journeyman Electrician License Must be able to pass a drug and background test Must have stable work history Software: MS Office, added bonus MS Project/Primavera Prefer local candidates, however, for the right candidate will consider relocation Must have safety certifications (OSHA Confined Space etc) Will be responsible for 50-80 electricians
Preferred but Not Necessary College degree preferred Experience with design/build Field/Installation experience
