Join our Team.Overview: Under general supervision, responsible for quality and process improvement initiatives, including program development related to patient quality/process improvement initiatives and associated education for the whole clinic including the Ambulatory Surgery Center.Schedule: Average 40 hours per week. Able to facilitate improvement work utilizing rapid process improvement, A3.Education: Graduation from an accredited Nursing program (RN) required. Bachelor's degree preferred from an accredited institution. College level course work in statistical analysis is desirable. Masters in nursing, healthcare administration, business administration preferred. Experience: Minimum of five years of related healthcare experience preferably in a leadership role. Proven-track record of successful project management. Direct involvement in efforts to improve systems/ processes, preferred. Experience with training and coaching of teams. Experience in application of lean principles, methods and tools with leadership and teams preferred.Certificate/License: Washington State Registered Nurse license required. CPHQ Certification (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality, and/or CSP Certification (Certified Safety Professional) preferred.
