Position Summary: Overall Responsibility: The Team Member position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support, while working closely with the restaurant managers and other team members to maintain operational standards and procedures. Key Interactions: This position interacts with restaurant managers, other team members, members of the field operations team, and customers. Essential Functions and Duties: 1. Greet customers with a smile 2. Take and Tender all guests orders accurately 3. Prepare BKC menu items to standard 4. Partner with crew and management to meet shift goals 5. Maintain Restaurant Cleanliness expectations 6. Follow all outlined health and safety standards Qualifications: 1. Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age Skills: 1. Follow management instruction and guidance 2. Develops knowledge and skills in basic tasks, practices and procedures within own area Traditional Physical Requirements 1. Occasionally lift, move, carry, and stack cartons up to 50 pounds from various heights to/from shelves 2. Stand and walk for long periods of time (duration of shift) 3. Occasionally climb on stools or ladders and reach for items located on shelves 4. Frequently squat or stoop to reach items on low shelves or off the floor 5. Routinely reach overhead, forward and underneath shelves, counters, tables, and kitchen equipment 6. Requires frequent motions of bending, wiping, sweeping, mopping, wrapping, and squeezing 7.
