Amazon Global Selling is seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial, and analytical Account Manager who can prospect and recruit Selling Partners to grow international business on In this role, you will be part of team launching a new product from the beginning of its life cycle. You will be responsible for generating a sales pipeline and driving program adoption from small, medium, and large Selling Partners based in the US. You will be the voice for Amazon Selling Partners to leadership and the Product Engineering group as we challenge the status quo and invent on behalf of our customers. You will directly interface with executive level contacts of prospective clients to build win-win relationships to drive business growth in cross-border business. Additionally, you will gain experience working cross-functionally and globally with the sales organization, product and tech, marketing and content strategy, and operation support teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Identify, recruit, and motivate potential Selling Partners to expand globally
* Earn trust of customers and recommend product solutions that fit their business needs
* Drive program adoption, sales revenue, and market segment share for the launched product
* Manage relationships and engagement with executive level decision makers
* Manage the sales pipeline, achieve and exceed assigned sales goals and/or program adoption targets
* Create outreach content, facilitate cold calling, and conduct mass email campaigns
* Implement account management best practices
* Host webinars, partner training, tradeshow coordination, and lead generation
* Measure performance, articulate root-cause analysis, and link to specific improvement areas
* Conduct analysis to understand sales trends and drivers and develop recommendations on how to grow the business
* Work with a sense of urgency to drive and deliver sales goals while maintaining a high quality of workBasic Qualifications
* 2+ years of related experience
* BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
* Experience using Salesforce or other CRM
* Experience utilizing MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
