Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for an experienced candidate to drive program development of the AWS SaaS Factory program. Demand for SaaS applications is accelerating and partners are looking at SaaS as a primary business model to reach customers. This Program Manager role will have the opportunity to shape the AWS SaaS Factory program globally, with a focus on engaging as many SaaS providers as possible with effective learning and development material that helps then build, migrate, or optimize their software-as-a-service (SaaS) on product on AWS.

The successful candidate will also have a strong background in building and executing on live and in-person events including workshops, webinars and driving a presence in third party events. They will be passionate about their work, self-motivated, detail oriented and have excellent problem solving abilities. They will have superb communication and program management skills, and communicate progress and results both written and verbally in a clear and easy-to-understand way.


Roles & Responsibilities:


Program management responsibilities including managing metrics to drive program performance and results.

· Arrange SaaS Factory in-person and scalable events.
·
· Work with solution architect and business leaders to prioritize and deliver technical enablement and events schedule
·
· Continually evaluate the efficacy of AWS SaaS Factory learning and development material, identify and execute on program improvements.
· 5+ years of program or product management experience in a global and cross-functional capacity
· Ability to independently own and manage a strategic program by defining and executing on key deliverables and outcomes.
· Demonstrated skill at building relationships and an ability to influence others
· Demonstrable problem-solving, and analytical skills using data to drive decisions


· Excellent verbal and written communication skill
· Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role
· Meets/exceeds Amazon’s functional/technical depth and complexity for this role
