If this sounds intriguing, then we would like to talk to you about a role in Selling Partner Recruitment and Development, a growing and entrepreneurial team working with Salesforce to invent new ways to engage with our large supplier base. We are working on new technologies to tackle Selling Partner management, tool engagement, strategic planning, and supply chain and logistics optimization in order to help grow the businesses of our suppliers and improve the customer experience.

Responsibilities:
· Gather and implement business requirements for Salesforce and Marketing enhancements.
· Work with a cross-functional team to maintain and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud release cycles (three external Salesforce releases).
· Work with the business to prioritize features for quarterly releases (three internal Salesforce releases).
· Roll out new features and functions to internal and external customers with high attention to “landing” them effectively. High attention to measuring results to ensure that goals to improve experience and/or efficiency are met and course-correct quickly when necessary.
· Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customization's to address evolving business needs.
· Focus on user efficiencies, solving business/customer issues, invent creative solutions, and ensure data accuracy across the Salesforce system.
· Leading office hours, works with end users to understand how to maximize productivity on the CRM application.
· Mentor and develop other Salesforce Administrators and PMs on the team.

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field and experience.
· 5+ years’ experience as a Program Manager.
· You take full responsibility for the business solutions you provide – from requirements gathering through to post go-live support (end-to-end ownership).
· You are able to critically review solutions to make sure impacts to dependent systems or processes are eliminated, minimized, or mitigated.
· Experience with Salesforce Lightning.
· Experience working with large data volumes and data migrations across multiple tools and systems.
· Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills.
· Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
· Experience developing and delivering solutions to real customer problems, preferably with an emphasis on Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and/or Marketing issues as a consultant or team leader.
· Advanced Excel skills (Macro, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).

· Knowledge of Salesforce products (Salesforce for Outlook, Einstein Analytics, Pardot).
· Experience with ETL tools (Informatica, Mulesoft, Data Loader).
· Experience developing and implementing solutions across multiple businesses.
