We’re looking for an exceptionally motivated and talented Marketing Manager with strong customer focus, analytical skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit to join the merchandising team. You will help execute, and deliver on detailed plans and timelines, coordinate with partner teams to build scalable processes, and highlight and solve business challenges independently. You will need to thrive and deliver results in an ambiguous, and fast-paced business environment, operating across multiple teams and levels in the organization.

As an online merchandiser, you will be responsible for driving a best-in-class customer experience by building and executing campaigns, developing and executing our testing roadmap, and deep diving into customer segments and data sources to improve merchandising and business performance.

You’ll have an eye for compelling merchandising, an aptitude for data-analysis, and a passion for continuous testing and improvement of CX. You will hold a high bar for measurement of merchandising activities and will define success metrics, measurement methods and reporting processes for your efforts.

Primary responsibilities:
· Collaborate across teams to manage merchandising calendar and own scheduling/QAing and reporting performance of individual merchandising campaigns.
· Optimizing content campaigns, messaging and navigation through frequent testing and data analysis.
· Working closely with product and tech teams to test and implement new features and influence product roadmap.
· Identifying opportunities for content scheduling and process efficiency and automation, working cross-functionally to implement them.
· 2+ years of marketing experience
· Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
· Bachelor's degree in business or related field
· 1-2 years’ experience in merchandising or marketing
· Experience in online marketing/merchandising/CX roles requiring data analysis, process improvements, creative problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration
· High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
· Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
· Proficiency in Excel.
· Passionate and knowledgeable about customer behavior.

· Ability to analyze data quantitatively and use customer research, data and metrics to back up assumptions, identify opportunities, and assess the efficacy of merchandising programs.
· Experience creating and/or improving processes across teams/stakeholders
· Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
· XML/HTML skills: no need to hand-code, but you can troubleshoot
· Familiarity with databases and SQL.
· Comfortable with a varied set of software and editing tools. Ability to learn new tools quickly.
